Taos Pueblo Pottery with Pam Lujan Hauer

In March 2014, Pam Lujan Hauer, a potter from the Taos Pueblo, will demonstrated her art of pottery making
along with telling the story of pottery from the history of clay as an art form and the origins of the
earliest pottery to the threats to traditional pottery.  Ms. Lujan Hauer learned pottery making from her
great- aunts.  She exhibits her work, as well as teaching classes and has won numerous awards.

Program funded in part by StoryCorps, the New Mexico Humanities Council and
the Department of Cultural Affairs.
